When you enter the hotel it seems like a really nice place to stay at - but only at first sight. We stayed there as a German-Chinese group for two nights and had three rooms. Poor ambience and safety: As we entered the room we found a business card from a local prostitute on the floor. Later I found out by chance how it got there. Obviously someone puts a lot of these cards in the door gap.
When the room service opens the door it falls to the ground. I would have expected that they take the card and throw it in the trash - but the service woman just kicked it a little bit deeper in the room. Poor cleanness: All our towels were yellowish and had stains.
When we asked for a new one because of a big green stain we got another towel with a big red stain The hotel offered Evian water for sale in the room.
Obviously there were Obviously there were two different prices for the Chinese room 9 yuan and for the foreigners 20 yuan. Bad condition of the rooms: The casing of one power socket is really poor. The couch in one room had stains in another one holes The light could not be turned off, which was really bad because there is a glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom.
The staff could not fix it and suggested to move in another room - in the middle of the night. Because we had to get up very early in the next morning the couple in the room decided not to move but to stay for the rest of the night and try to sleep.
