He is very knowledgeable about the formal tour sites the Corvin Castle and Florin was great at summarising the history of Romanian and show us around Sibiu. We highly recommend Florin to family If you are nearby this is a definite must on your travels through Romania. The castle and grounds are beautiful. It seems there is a hotel or something being developed adjacent to the grounds. Maybe a wedding desitination? Florin took us for 4 days guided walking in the lovely Romanian countryside and through charming villages.
Each morning he collected us 2 couples in our sixties from our guest house, drove us to start point then guided us round a circular walk about I love history and to be able to visit Sarmizegetusa Regia old Dacian capital and Ulpia Traiana Sarmizegetusa was really amazing and to top it with Corvin Caslte was just perfect.
Florin my guide was an ex-banker as myself is extremly good in history and tell Florin is an excellent tour guide who went the extra mile for our family. We had a 3 day tour that Florin designed, in consultation with ourselves. He was very patient fielding my many questions. We visited all the best places in Transylvania including Corvin We had a lovely tour with Florin. He was very insightful and was able to answer all of our annoying questions.
The tour was extremely informative and interesting and we would recommend it for for families and small groups.
